SO501L horizontal-type trash compressing transfer equipment, independently researched and developed by our company by absorbing advanced trash treatment technique home and abroad catering to needs for trash compression equipment in the world market, is a new generation of household trash treatment equipment. This equipment is mainly composed of discrete trash compressor, detachable trash bin and travelling mechanism, mostly applicable to material feeding through trash collection ways like manpower cart, tricycle, mini dumper. Horizontal compression technology is adopted to compress loose household trash, discharge sewage in the trash, and compress the trash into close type trash bin.

2. Uniquely designed full automatic four points locking method is used for hinge point linking compressor and trash bin, safe and reliable.

3. Hydraulic locking method is adopted for trash bin’s rear door, preventing sewage and trash from leaking out, thus reduces secondary pollution.

4. All the steel structure has been treated with reliable anti-corrosion and surface spraying, so as to resist trash corrosion against equipment, prolongs equipment service life.

5. Pressure switch controls operation system, all actions transform and interlock automatically according to the set order. System design is safe and reliable, avoiding the components damage or other accidents due to operation fault.

6. Optimized hydraulic system design; hydraulic pump uses anti-wear low noise vane pump, features low noise.
